Q. I received my order and it is broken, how can I receive a refund?
A. Oh no! We are sorry to hear there's an issue with your order! We take great measure to make sure your product arrives safely by carefully packing and labeling each package but sometimes things happen during delivery.
If you received a broken product upon arrival, please send us a photo or video to Support@WarriorMadeOK.com or to the live chat feature at the bottom right of the page. We will work with you to replace the broken order or process a refund.
Q. I received my order and decided I no longer want it. I would like a refund.
A. Due to most orders being custom made, we are unable to process a refund for custom (any order with special requirements / additions / wording / etc).
If you your order is a standard product please send us a message to Support@WarriorMadeOK.com or to the live chat feature at the bottom right of the page.
If we are able to process you a refund, photos of the product are required, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to our location at P.O. Box 1881, Bethany OK, 73008 within 14 days upon delivery. After we receive the returned item in original condition, we will process your refund back to the method of payment.
Q. I live in another country, can I purchase from Warrior Made Designs?
A. Currently we only offer service to the United States, but are looking into international shipping! Please Check back!
